Spinning, a new phenomenon in the revolution of well-being

Developed in the 80’s, Spinning was the first program of its kind developed for indoor
bike training. Spinning is a series of exercises for body and mind using a modified stationary bike.

How it’s done : you follow a detailed series of biking movements while monitoring your heart rate and developing self-motivation. You can burn 500 calories during a 45-minute training session with a qualified instructor. With practice, you can expect these results : enhancement of the mind-body experience, developing and maintaining excellent physical condition, attaining your training objectives. This is a unique approach to physical training – using your mind-body strengths to attain total well-being. You no longer have to train in pain to get results. This program borrows from the best of Yoga and the Tour de France, mixes them up into precise biking movements that are both effective and easy on the system. Our Spinners progress by developing their inner and outer strengths.
